Terms & Conditions of 5gbetmobi: clear rules for a safe experience

1 General Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the terms below carry the following meanings throughout the document:

2 Registration & Eligibility

A 5gbetmobi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, inconsistent information, or violation of the above conditions. Registration is free and does not create any obligation to deposit on the part of the user.

3 Identity Verification

A 5gbetmobi follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the betting and digital entertainment sector.

Identity verification may be requested at any time after registration and is mandatory before withdrawals are processed once the accumulated amount reaches R$ 2,000.00 or more in the month. Documents that may be requested include:

4 Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum limit, but deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification. Pix deposits are credited within 1 minute of transfer confirmation by the banking system.

Bank slips (boleto bancário) have a processing period of up to 3 business days. Deposits made by boleto that are not paid before the expiration deadline are automatically cancelled with no charge to the player.

5 Withdrawals & Processing

A 5gbetmobi processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No fee is charged by the platform for Pix withdrawals. Withdrawals via other methods may have specific timeframes and conditions, available on the account's payments page.

Conditions that may delay or block withdrawal processing:

• Incomplete identity verification (KYC) or pending documentation.
• Active bonus balance with an outstanding rollover requirement — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or irregular betting detected by the monitoring system.
• Withdrawal requested to a Pix key other than the CPF registered on the account.
• Request above R$ 50,000.00 within a 30-day period, which may be subject to additional review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

A 5gbetmobi offers bonuses and promotions to its players on a regular basis. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page prior to acceptance. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is valid for the first deposit only and cannot be combined with other welcome offers.
• The standard wagering requirement (rollover) is 30x on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• The contribution of bets toward rollover requirements may vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino contribute at lower percentages as specified in each offer.
• Bets with odds lower than 1,50 on Sports Betting do not count toward the bonus rollover.

7 Sports Betting

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Subsequent changes do not affect bets that have already been placed.
• Live bets may be subject to processing delays during periods of high demand. The 5gbetmobi reserves the right to refuse or cancel live bets in the event of technical errors in the odds.
• Cancelled or incomplete events (fewer than 90 minutes played, in the case of football) will have bets refunded to the real balance, except where the outcome had already been determined before the interruption.
• A 5gbetmobi may suspend markets or cancel bets if there is suspicion of match-fixing or irregularities detected by external sports integrity sources.
• Parlay (combined) bets have odds calculated by multiplying the individual odds together. If any selection in a parlay is voided, the odds are recalculated without that selection.
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00 and the maximum per event is set according to the market and sport type.

The cash out feature is available on selected bets, as indicated in the interface. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake. Once accepted, a cash out is final and cannot be reversed.

8 Casino & Games

The casino games available on the 5gbetmobi include slots, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, live game shows, and other categories provided by the platform's partner suppliers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent entities, or determine outcomes through physical means in the case of the live casino.

• In the event of a technical failure during a round — such as a connection drop, loading error, or power outage — the outcome of the round is determined by the server state at the moment of the failure. 9 User Conduct

Users of the 5gbetmobi, under penalty of account closure and cancellation of all balances:

• Use automation software, bots, scripts or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Placing coordinated bets with other players to exploit bonuses or lock in artificial profits regardless of the outcome (abusive matched betting).
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Submitting false documents or fraudulent information during registration or the verification process.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing of illicit activities.
• Transfer account balance, bonuses or account rights to third parties.

10 Account Closure

15 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
